D.K. Venugopalan is a partner at Shashwati Plastics. He is responsible for the growth and development of the organisation through customer satisfaction. He is also involved in the administration of the organisation along with overseeing finance and people management.
Venugopalan has extensive experience in financial services industry. He worked for Bank of India for 20 years before starting Shashwati Plastics.
Venugopalan holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He is also a healer who spares time to help people with their health and relationship.
H.R. Keshav is a partner at Shashwati Plastics. He is responsible for fulfilling customer requirements through development of production processes. He is also involved in maintaining and upgrading the quality systems along with new product development.
Keshav has over 30 years of technical expertise in the industry. Prior to starting Shashwati Plastics, he was heading the supplier quality management division at Wipro Ltd.
Keshav is a mechanical engineer. He was the District governor Rotary 3180 for 2023-2024 and he is actively involved in contributing to the welfare of the society.
Puttarangaiah is the General Manager and Management Representative at Shashwati Plastics. He is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the organisation which involves quality, cost & delivery. He is also involved in communicating with the customers on new product development as well as handling emergencies.
Puttarangaiah has 40 years of management experience in the industry. Prior to joining Shashwati Plastics, he was heading the production division managing over 500 people at Geep Batteries unit in Mysore for 24 years.
Puttarangaiah is a mechanical engineer.
